Schistes Bleus de Martigneau is a single-plot cuvée from Domaine du Matin Calme, sourced from the Martigneau lieu-dit on slate-schist soils. On the label, the trigram of Sky and Air symbolises the strength and energy of the Anjou Noir. Hand-harvested in small crates and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this 100% Chenin is aged 12 months on fine lees in tank, unfiltered.

   Rich and smooth, carried by the Loire's signature freshness. Good aromatic intensity, generous volume, a captivating texture. A dry Anjou white that pairs richness with real complexity.
