Description
Pfann — "the sloping plot" in Alsatian dialect — carries within it the memory of the land. Drawn from an exceptional terroir in Bas-Rhin, this AOC Alsace white from Domaine Boehler captures everything the Alsatian vineyard has to offer at its most generous: freshness, depth, and character.
The colour is golden with green highlights, luminous and inviting. The nose blooms with elegant floral notes — white blossom, acacia — followed by ripe, juicy fruit. On the palate, the wine is full and indulgent, carried by a bright acidity and a long, aromatic finish.
