Description
Quercus — Latin for "oak" — says it all. This exceptional cuvée from Domaine Tinel-Blondelet is produced only every three to four years, and only in vintages that truly deserve it. Old vines of over 50 years grown on Kimmeridgian marl soils, vinified one third in French oak barrels from the Tronçais forest and two thirds in stainless-steel tanks, then aged for a minimum of one year before release. A Pouilly-Fumé built for the finest table.
