Description
This Crémant de Loire from Domaine du Matin Calme carries the name "Sori" — meaning "sound" in Korean, a nod to the fine, lively fizz of its bubbles. Sourced from plots in Juigné-sur-Loire and Mozé-sur-Louet, it blends three distinct estate terroirs — sand, schist and rhyolite. Hand-harvested in crates, it combines Chenin, Chardonnay and Grolleau noir, then ages on lees (sur lattes) for 16 to 24 months to build complexity.
