Description
Sourced from 2.5 hectares of Anjou sand and gravel, Gamay and Merlot vines averaging 25 years old produce fruit that's frank, generous, and deeply rooted in their terroir. Mechanical harvesting with an integrated sorting system ensures only the best makes it through — timed for early September, when both early-ripening varieties reach their natural peak.
A deliberately light-handed approach to winemaking, designed to let the fruit speak for itself — nothing added, nothing taken away, just the natural expression of the grape brought gently to the glass.
The robe is a light, luminous ruby. On the nose, aromas are fresh and precise — blackcurrant, redcurrant, ripe strawberry — a bouquet that wins you over instantly. The palate opens with a tender, fruit-forward attack, a supple structure and soft tannins that make this as easy to enjoy as it is to reach for a second glass.
