\u00a0 \u00a0100% Chenin<\/p>\nQuartz Oldes Vines is a sweet Chenin Blanc from the Coteaux du Layon appellation, produced from 50-year-old vines grown on quartz-veined schist soils typical of the Anjou Noir. Hand-harvested through successive sortings to select only botrytis-affected grapes (noble rot), it undergoes slow pressing, cold settling, and a long 4-to-6-week fermentation between 16 and 18\u00b0C, halted by cold temperatures to minimise sulphite use. Aged for 10 months. According to the winemaker, this 2025 vintage shows a notably smoother, more velvety character than the 2024.<\/p>\n
