Anjou Blanc issu d’une cuv\u00e9e parcellaire du lieu-dit “Le Cahier” sur un sol volcanique de rhyolite et de quartz qui lui conf\u00e8re un aspect jaune serin aux reflets d’or-vert, un nez joliment complexe au notes de fruits blanc m\u00fbrs et de miel, une bouche suave et ample, et une longueur en bouche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saline.<\/p>\n

An Anjou Blanc from a single-parcel cuv\u00e9e, ‘Le Cahier’, grown on volcanic rhyolite and quartz soils. It shows a clear yellow hue with green-gold reflections, a beautifully complex nose of ripe white fruits and honey, a smooth and generous palate, and a slightly saline, lingering finish.<\/em><\/p>\n
