In the 1980s 1980Jean Pascal Godineauthe fourth generation, took the reins and cemented the estate’s legendary status. His cuvée “Grain par Grain”, was name the best sweet wine in the world in 1996, marking a true milestone. Since then, the estate’s wines have won Gold medals and international acclaim, and in 2019, Jean Pascal was crowned Winemaker of the Year by the Hachette Guide.

In 2022the estate reached a new milestone: lacking a direct successor, Jean Pascal entrusted his legacy to four passionate Anjou families, determined to preserve the traditions while reinventing the estate's offerings for Loire wine enthusiasts.

Today, Domaine des Petits Quarts continues to blend refinement, authenticity, and innovation, offering wines that tell a story and delight the most discerning palates.
