Nestled in the heart of Anjou, The Château de Brizé has been a symbol of Loire Valley winemaking since 1755. Founded by the Delhumeau family, the estate has been passed down through generations, each contributing to its enduring reputation for excellence an authenticity.

Covering around 40 hectares of vineyards, with 36 under vine, Château de Brizé benefits from a rich mosaic of soils - silica-clay, schist, and tuffeau (chalky limestone) - that give depth and complexity to its wines. The estate cultivates e refined range of Loire varietals, including Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Grolleau, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Committed to sustainable viticulture, the domaine proudly carries both Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value (HVE level 3) certifications, reflection its respect for the land and biodiversity. A full conversion to organic farming is also underway, planned for 2024.

In 2022, the Dupont family took over from the Delhumeau family. Their ambition is to blend tradition with innovation — modernizing the cellars, restoring the buildings, and improving winemaking tools, all while preserving their deep connection to the land and respect for the terroir.
